SPORTS TAPING COURSES

Course cost: $75.00

When: 1st Monday Night of each Month.

Time: 6pm to 9pm 

Where: Assist First Aid training rooms  -  Suite 12 PJ Burns Builder Building, 21 Nicklin Way, Buddina Q 4575

Who Can Attend: All sporting clubs, schools and general public is welcome to attend.

D - Danger ? Check for danger, first to yourself, then to bystanders then to the patient 

R - Responsive ? Is the atient responsive, any sign of life is a response ! 

S - Send For Help ! Call 000, stay calm, speak clearly

A - Airway (is it open ?) 

B - Breathing ? Is the patient breathing normally ?

C  - START CPR : 30 compression, 2 breaths, 100 beats per minute (take note of the time, count the cycles)

D - attach Defib (AED)
