SPORTS TAPING

ASSIST First Aid is running a regular Sports Taping Workshops on the 1st Monday of each month in 2012.

The taping courses are $75.00 from 6pm to 9pm in the Assist First Aid training rooms at 12/21 Nicklin Way, Buddina Q 4575

The Sports Taping courses are open to anyone and there are not prerequisites for attending.

D - Danger ? Check for danger, first to yourself, then to bystanders then to the patient 

R - Responsive ? Is the atient responsive, any sign of life is a response ! 

S - Send For Help ! Call 000, stay calm, speak clearly

A - Airway (is it open ?) 

B - Breathing ? Is the patient breathing normally ?

C  - START CPR : 30 compression, 2 breaths, 100 beats per minute (take note of the time, count the cycles)

D - attach Defib (AED)
