As of the 1st January 2015, all students undertaking a nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation are required to have a Unique Student Identifier number (USI). Just like a high school, tafe or uni number the courses you’ve done and results are linked to your number. You will need your USI number to complete your course and receive your certificate.

To get a USI number, find your USI number or read more visit www.usi.gov.au

To get a USI number, find your USI number or read more visit www.usi.gov.au

RTO means Registered Training Organisation. RTOs are registered by ASQA (the Australian Skills Quality Authority) to deliver VET (Vocational Education Training) services.

RTOs must comply to national rules and guidelines for their training, which means you get quality training that is nationally recognised.

Anyone providing nationally recognised training must either be an RTO or be a 3rd party partner of an RTO.

Online Course Questions

On signup you will receive a link to the online training material that you can follow at your own pace. Training courses include video modules from our experienced trainers, information slides and review questions.

You will still need to attend a short training session in person to undertake your assessment, however all of your learning is done online before this.

Online learning is currently available for CPR and First Aid courses. We expect to offer more courses via online learning soon.

The CPR online course material can be completed in approximately 2 hours. Then the in person assessment takes 1 hour.

First aid online course material can be completed in approximately 4 hours. Then the in person assessment takes 2 hours.

But the nice thing is you can go as fast or slow as you like.

You can do the training at your own pace, wherever and whenever it suits you. As long as you complete it before the face to face assessment.

No. To maintain the quality of our training all assessments take place in person on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or in Brisbane. Just make sure to complete the course material online, before your assessment.
