HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (Blended)

HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation  is a nationally accredited unit that provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform CPR in emergency situations. HLTAID011 Provide first aid is a nationally accredited unit that prepares individuals with the vital skills and knowledge to deliver first aid in diverse situations. This comprehensive training includes HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), equipping participants with the ability to perform life-saving CPR on adults, children, and infants. The course also covers practical techniques for managing a wide range of medical emergencies—including injuries, illnesses, and accidents—empowering individuals to respond confidently and effectively. Training combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice to ensure participants are well-prepared to handle real-world emergencies.

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting - Blended Learning

Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting provides the skills and knowledge required to provide CPR and a first aid response to infants, children and adults in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies. 

This course is delivered via a combination of online learning for the theory (including an online quiz and assessment activity) and a practical face to face session (including a practical assessment).Students must have  internet access to complete the online component and this must be completed before attending the face to face session. Both theory and practical assessment tasks need to be completed by students to receive a statement of attainment. 

HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy (Face to Face)

HLTAID015 – Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy is a nationally accredited course that equips individuals with specialised skills to perform advanced resuscitation techniques‚ including oxygen therapy, in critical emergencies. Ideal for emergency responders, lifeguards, first aid officers, and healthcare professionals, this course covers advanced CPR, airway management, defibrillation (AED), and oxygen administration. Participants will learn to assess emergencies, use resuscitation equipment, monitor vital signs, and ensure effective patient handover. This unit is essential for those responsible for delivering high-level care in life-threatening situations.

Mental Health First Aid Course - Standard (MHFA) - Face to Face

The Mental Health First Aid course teaches how to provide help to someone who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.

The course covers the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems, how to provide initial help, what professional help is available, effective help options (as shown by research) and first aid for a mental health crisis situation. It provides the knowledge and skills needed to feel confident to help.


This is a Face to Face MHFA course. This course is also offered fully Online (click here for information) or in Blended mode (online learning with a face to face workshop).

The Youth Mental Health First Aid course is for adults working or living with young people (aged 12 to 18).

Pet First Aid - Online Learning

Your pet relies on you and you’d be devastated if something happened to them. Pet First Aid is a short online course that will make sure you are ready to respond to emergencies like wounds, toxic reactions, heat stroke, seizures, critter bites and cardiac arrest.

You’ll learn how to prevent common issues and how to apply first aid to your dog or cat in a variety of situations if something does go wrong.

This is a Blended course and includes self-paced eLearning followed by an in person workshop.
